Dear Alan/Charles,
Re: Summer Classroom RefurbishmentProject/DDA Project
I write to pass on my thanks to you both and all your staff who took part in our recent summer works project. The project from inception to completion was under a tight time scale and involved co-ordination of several contractors and services, which is never easy. The end result is a successful culmination of all who took part and has left the college in a strong position to start this new academic term.
As everybody worked so hard throughout the project its hard to single out individuals for special mention but certainly Paul (and his team) who worked endlessly not only on this project but other projects throughout the college, provided
the contro, enthusiasm and professionalism to create the will do attitude. Paul's day to day involvement has been a credit to you both and your company.
Can you please pass on my personal thanks and the thanks of the college to all who took part and we look forward to working with you on all our future works.
Yours sincerely,
Nigel Harris, Building and Site Services Manager |
From St Margaret's C. of E. Primary School 14/03/06.
Dear Paul,
I am writing on behalf of the Governing Body of St Margaret's Schoool to thank you for all your support during the very protracted business of the construction of the new Hall.
As you are aware, the process was, at times, extremely frustrating but Governors acknowledge that without your consistent on-site management the situation would have been so much worse.
The children and staff are thrilled with the new facility which is already in regular use. Once again, thank you for all your help.
Yours sincerely,
N E Pyman
Chair of Governors.

From Purleigh Community
Primary School
Dear Meadows the
Builders,
On behalf of all the children and staff at
Purleigh School I am writing to thank you for all your hard
work and professionalism in completing our new class base and
office area to such a high standard.
Working on a
school site is never easy and you have helped to make the
process effective and allowing the school to continue to
function well. Your staff have always been very polite and
respectful of their surroundings. We would particularly like
to mention Tony our foreman, who has ensured relationships and
School life are running smoothly.
We wish you well on
your future projects and hope you will enjoy reading class 2's
letters.
Many Thanks,
Yours
sincerely,
Dawn Dack

From Epping Upland C. of E.
Primary School
Dear Charlie,
It still seems
somewhat impossible that we are now the proud owners of a
luxury sized staffroom and a pretty groovy
classroom!
In December last year, there was doom and
gloom about the prospect of the upheaval with the "building
works" and a level of anxiety that being a small school we
would not be able to function normally. However, all that is
behind us and we quite clearly need not have
worried.
Our "regular" team of builders, George, George
and Liam, could not have been easier to have around. They
understood the impact that they were having on the school and
were extremely considerate at all times. Suffice to say, that
life here without them actually seems a little strange, and we
miss them. I never thought I would see the day that anyone
would admit to missing builders!
It is important to
stress that anyone who has been in school connected with your
Company has reflected the attentive attitude that seems to
come with J & C Meadows.
I must also thank you for
the part you played in the project and the patience you
showed each time we asked for something that wasn't quite part
of the plan!
I hope that we will have the pleasure of
working with you again in the very near future.
Kind
Regards,
Sarah Hurwood, BA Hons,
Headteacher.
